PTH1R / PTHR1 Antibody can be used for ELISA starting at 1:10000, Immunofluorescence starting at 1:100 - 1:500, Immunohistochemistry in paraffin embeded tissues starting at 5ug/mL, and Western Blotting starting at 1:500 - 1:1000.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.

If you buy Antibodies supplied by proscience they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.

Antibody may be stored short term at 4 grades C, long term aliquot and store at -20 grades C, avoid freeze thaw cycles.
